Thailand: Preparing the Climate-Resilient Agriculture Facility Project
This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of the Climate-Resilient Agriculture Facility Project, a large-scale financing program designed to strengthen climate resilience and sustainability across Thailand’s agricultural value chains. SIET provides comprehensive project preparation and capacity-building support, including subproject identification and appraisal, financial intermediary loan design, safeguard documentation, monitoring and verification systems, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) annexes and supplementary documents.

China Climate Change Framework Loan CCCFL-I &II – Consulting Services for the Energy Projects
Under the China Climate Change Framework Loans (CCCFL-I and CCCFL-II), SIET, as part of the RINA–SIET consortium, provided long-term engineering due diligence, appraisal, and implementation supervision services to the European Investment Bank for climate and energy projects across China. The assignment covered renewable energy, energy efficiency, and low-carbon heating projects, ensuring technical soundness, procurement compliance, and alignment with EIB and EU policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Promoting Industrial Park Green and Low Carbon Transition Project
This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of a financing program to accelerate green and low-carbon transition in industrial parks in the People’s Republic of China. SIET provides project preparation and climate finance advisory services, including subproject identification and appraisal, financial intermediary loan design, development of low-carbon taxonomies and carbon monitoring systems, institutional capacity building, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) documentation.

Barbados Climate Resilient South Coast Water Reclamation Project
This project supports Barbados’ climate resilience and water security through the upgrading of the South Coast Sewage Treatment Plant and the construction of a new water reclamation facility. SIET provides engineering management and compliance support to the EPC contractor, covering design review, contract and risk management, environmental and social monitoring, and greenhouse gas emissions assessment, ensuring full alignment with IDB and EIB standards throughout design, construction, and operation.

Beverage Facility Source Vulnerability Assessment and Water Management Plan
This assignment supported Swire Coca-Cola facilities in strengthening water resource sustainability through source water vulnerability assessment and water risk management planning. SIET provided technical advisory services to evaluate source water risks, identify vulnerabilities, and develop site-specific water management and risk mitigation strategies to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality water for beverage production.

Support for the Implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for the Green Investment Fund (GIF)
This assignment supports the implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for a Green Investment Fund established under a KfW- and ADB–co-financed ecological protection project in the Xin’an River Basin. SIET provided advisory services to strengthen environmental and social risk management practices, support due diligence and monitoring, and enhance institutional capacity for sustainable and compliant green financing.

Rural Vitalization – Rural Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Management
This ADB knowledge and support technical assistance (KSPA) promotes rural vitalization in the People’s Republic of China by improving rural sanitation, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management systems. SIET provides technical, financial, and digital advisory services, including development of national practical guidelines, online knowledge platforms, project preparation support, and capacity-building workshops.
