This project supported the upgrade of an onsite wastewater treatment system at a breeding facility in Hainan to strengthen environmental management and business sustainability. SIET provided end-to-end engineering management services, including system design, procurement and contract management, and supervision of construction, installation, and commissioning.

Technical Assistance for Identification and Assessment of Climate Resilient Essential Facilities and Services
This World Bank–financed technical assistance supported the Government of Fiji in identifying and assessing climate-resilient essential facilities and services to enable sustainable tourism development in Vanua Levu. SIET provided strategic advisory services covering infrastructure prioritization, climate risk and impact assessment, development of resilience options, and capacity building for government stakeholders.

Climate Change Adaptation of Nam Dinh Water Resources System Project
SIET provided specialized wastewater and water management expertise to support the Asian Development Bank–financed Climate Change Adaptation of the Nam Dinh Water Resources System Project in Viet Nam. The assignment focused on strengthening the technical quality and climate resilience of water and wastewater-related infrastructure planning, supporting integrated water resources management, and enhancing climate adaptation outcomes in flood- and climate-vulnerable delta areas.

Rural Vitalization – Rural Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Management
This ADB knowledge and support technical assistance (KSPA) promotes rural vitalization in the People’s Republic of China by improving rural sanitation, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management systems. SIET provides technical, financial, and digital advisory services, including development of national practical guidelines, online knowledge platforms, project preparation support, and capacity-building workshops.
