Support for the Implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for the Green Investment Fund (GIF)
This assignment supports the implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for a Green Investment Fund established under a KfW- and ADB–co-financed ecological protection project in the Xin’an River Basin. SIET provided advisory services to strengthen environmental and social risk management practices, support due diligence and monitoring, and enhance institutional capacity for sustainable and compliant green financing.

Cambodian International Conference Center Urban Complex Project
The Cambodian International Conference Center Urban Complex Project aims to construct a modern conference center as a regional hub for international conferences, diplomatic activities, and national events. SIET was engaged to conduct comprehensive project risk assessment and due diligence. The assignment involved assessing the construction contract, project financing plan, and social and environmental compliance, as well as reviewing land and urban development regulations.

Rural Vitalization – Rural Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Management
This ADB knowledge and support technical assistance (KSPA) promotes rural vitalization in the People’s Republic of China by improving rural sanitation, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management systems. SIET provides technical, financial, and digital advisory services, including development of national practical guidelines, online knowledge platforms, project preparation support, and capacity-building workshops.
