This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of the Climate-Resilient Agriculture Facility Project, a large-scale financing program designed to strengthen climate resilience and sustainability across Thailand’s agricultural value chains. SIET provides comprehensive project preparation and capacity-building support, including subproject identification and appraisal, financial intermediary loan design, safeguard documentation, monitoring and verification systems, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) annexes and supplementary documents.

This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of a large-scale climate-smart and low-carbon agriculture development program in Sichuan Province, financed through a Results-Based Lending (RBL) modality. SIET provides project preparation services covering technical, financial, environmental, and social assessments, institutional capacity building, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) documentation to enable implementation across multiple counties.

This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of a large-scale low-carbon transformation program for agriculture and food systems in Northern China. SIET provides project preparation and climate finance advisory services, including the design of a blended financing structure combining equity and debt instruments, subproject identification and appraisal, safeguard compliance, monitoring and verification systems, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) documents.

This ADB technical assistance supports the preparation of a rural ESG financing facility in Guangxi through a financial intermediation loan (FIL). SIET provides project preparation and climate finance advisory services, including feasibility assessments, safeguard and social analysis, FIL design for small and medium-sized enterprises, institutional capacity building, and preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) documentation.

This ADB transactional technical assistance supported the appraisal and preparation of a large-scale rural revitalization and environmental improvement project in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. SIET provided comprehensive due diligence and project preparation services covering technical, financial, environmental, social, and climate dimensions to enhance project bankability and support preparation of all ADB Report and Recommendation of the President (RRP) documentation.

Support for the Implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for the Green Investment Fund (GIF)
This assignment supports the implementation of an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for a Green Investment Fund established under a KfW- and ADB–co-financed ecological protection project in the Xin’an River Basin. SIET provided advisory services to strengthen environmental and social risk management practices, support due diligence and monitoring, and enhance institutional capacity for sustainable and compliant green financing.

Rural Vitalization – Rural Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Management
This ADB knowledge and support technical assistance (KSPA) promotes rural vitalization in the People’s Republic of China by improving rural sanitation, wastewater treatment, and solid waste management systems. SIET provides technical, financial, and digital advisory services, including development of national practical guidelines, online knowledge platforms, project preparation support, and capacity-building workshops.

Xinjiang Preparing Regional Cooperation and Integration Projects
This project supported the Asian Development Bank in the preparation of a multi-tranche financing facility (MFF) aimed at strengthening regional cooperation, trade facilitation, and cross-border connectivity in Xinjiang. SIET contributed financial and financial management expertise to assess investment feasibility, financing sustainability, and bankability of proposed transport, logistics, and trade-related infrastructure across key border economic zones.
